The Jurnal Ilmiah Metadata does not charge any fees for submission or initial peer review. However, articles accepted for publication will be subject to the following Article Processing Charge (APC):

• USD 35 for international authors
• IDR 550,000 for Indonesian authors

APC will only be charged after the manuscript is officially accepted and enters the manuscript editing stage. This fee covers the following costs:

1. Editorial management and peer review
2. DOI registration and metadata indexing
3. Manuscript editing, layout, and typesetting
4. Online publication and permanent archiving

All articles published in the Jurnal Ilmiah Metadata are freely accessible to readers under the Open Access model. Readers can view, download, and share the full text PDF without subscription or access fees.

Fee waiver requests may be considered for authors from low-income countries or those without institutional funding. Requests must be submitted to the editorial office prior to manuscript submission.

The article processing charge (APC) for the Jurnal Metadata should be paid through Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), account number 0219588817, under the name Muhammad Ridwan Lubis. Authors are kindly requested to include their full name and article title in the payment reference or description field.
