DINAMIKA HUBUNGAN KERJA ANTARA ADMINISTRATOR DAN KARYAWAN DALAM MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DI KOPERASI MEDAN

Penelitian ini menggali dinamika kompleks hubungan kerja antara administrator dan karyawan dalam konteks manajemen sumber daya manusia di koperasi di Medan. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis persepsi, harapan, dan pengalaman administrator dan karyawan, berusaha memahami dinamika kekuasaan, pola komunikasi, dan mekanisme resolusi konflik yang membentuk interaksi mereka. Selanjutnya, penyelidikan dengan cermat meneliti pengaruh beragam budaya organisasi, yang mencakup nilai-nilai bersama, norma-norma yang mendarah daging, dan keyakinan yang dipegang secara kolektif yang meresap ke dalam koperasi, dalam hubungannya dengan gaya kepemimpinan spesifik yang ditunjukkan oleh administrator dalam peran mereka, dan implementasi praktis kebijakan dan prosedur sumber daya manusia, pada kualitas dan efektivitas hubungan kerja secara keseluruhan. Eksplorasi ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana faktor-faktor yang saling berhubungan ini secara sinergis memengaruhi hasil penting, termasuk motivasi karyawan dan tingkat keterlibatan selanjutnya, tingkat kepuasan kerja yang dialami oleh karyawan, dan kinerja organisasi menyeluruh dari koperasi secara keseluruhan. Pada akhirnya, temuan ini bercita-cita untuk menginformasikan pengembangan strategi dan intervensi yang menumbuhkan hubungan kerja yang lebih harmonis dan produktif, berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan jangka panjang dan keberhasilan koperasi di wilayah Medan. Berbeda dari perusahaan bisnis konvensional, koperasi mewujudkan paradigma organisasi unik yang didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip inti kepemilikan anggota, tata kelola demokratis, dan komitmen bersama terhadap tujuan sosial-ekonomi, sehingga menghasilkan serangkaian kebutuhan dan prospek yang khas dalam domain manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dalam kerangka kerja ini, interaksi yang rumit antara administrator koperasi, yang dipercayakan dengan tanggung jawab penting pengambilan keputusan strategis dan pengawasan operasional, dan karyawannya, yang merupakan kekuatan pendorong di balik pelaksanaan kegiatan sehari-hari dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi, memerlukan pemeriksaan yang cermat dan merupakan fokus utama dari penelitian ini.
