IMPLEMENTASI LEAN MANAJEMEN DI PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA BERBASIS DIGITAL

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji implementasi manajemen lean berbasis digital di perguruan tinggi swasta (PTS) guna mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Dengan pendekatan kajian pustaka, artikel ini menganalisis literatur dari berbagai sumber terpercaya terkait lean manajemen dan digitalisasi dalam sektor pendidikan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis literatur kualitatif terhadap jurnal, buku, dan laporan penelitian sebelumnya. Kajian ini menyoroti prinsip lean manajemen dan peran teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan pendidikan di PTS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi dapat mempercepat implementasi manajemen ramping melalui otomatisasi proses, transparansi data, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Namun, tantangan signifikan, seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan, keterbatasan anggaran, dan kebutuhan pelatihan, masih menjadi hambatan utama.Kesimpulan dari kajian ini adalah bahwa manajemen berbasis digital yang ramping menawarkan peluang besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing PTS, namun keberhasilannya bergantung pada kesiapan organisasi dalam mengelola tantangan
