Jurnal Meta Hukum (Online ISSN: 2985-3338) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Tholabul 'Ilmi (YPITI). The journal serves as an academic platform for the dissemination of high-quality legal research and the exchange of scholarly ideas among academics, researchers, legal practitioners, policymakers, judges, advocates, prosecutors, notaries, postgraduate students, and professionals in the field of law. Every manuscript submitted to Jurnal Meta Hukum undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. The journal upholds the highest standards of publication ethics and follows the principles and best practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Jurnal Meta Hukum accepts manuscripts written in Bahasa Indonesia and English from authors worldwide without restrictions based on institutional affiliation or nationality. Submitted manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of scientific quality, originality, methodological rigor, academic significance, and contribution to the advancement of legal scholarship.

The journal is published four (4) times a year, with issues released regularly in January, April, July, and October. All published articles are freely accessible under the journal's Open Access Policy, enabling researchers, academics, practitioners, and the public to read, download, distribute, and cite scholarly works without subscription or access fees. The Editorial Board is committed to maintaining editorial independence, transparency, accountability, and academic excellence while encouraging innovative legal research that contributes to the development of legal science, justice, human rights, and public policy at both national and international levels.
