About the Journal

Jurnal Meta Hukum is a scientific journal managed by the Tholabul Ilmi Islamic Education Foundation, serving as a forum for information exchange and publication of scientific works in the field of law. This journal is intended for lecturers and law faculties, alumni, students, researchers, legal practitioners, and community observers.

The focus and scope of publication covers various fields of study, including: legal theory, comparative law, sociology of law, international law, constitutional law, private law, economic law, environmental law, criminal law, administrative law, cyber law, human rights law, inheritance law, civil law, state administrative law, and agricultural law.

In its publication process,Jurnal Meta Hukum is committed to adhering to the highest scientific standards through a rigorous peer review mechanism, involving leading academics and young researchers from various institutions, both national and international. The journal accepts manuscripts in Indonesian and English, without restricting the origin of the authors.

The journal is published three times a year, in March, July, and November. Editorially, Jurnal Meta Hukum prioritizes high scientific standards, openness to pluralism of thought, and social relevance. The editorial board encourages the publication of articles that present original contributions and have the potential to enrich the scientific knowledge of law.

The publication's performance indicators include: an article acceptance rate of around 20%, an average initial decision time of 21 days, and an average review process duration of up to 90 days.
