Increasing community awareness and participation in participatory village development is also necessary to achieve village progress.Based on the research results, it is understood that the legal position of village assistants in village government isBased on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages and Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Number 3 of 2015 concerning Village Assistance, village facilitators have the authority to plan village programs and allocate funds, utilize or allocate village funds, and control the allocation of village fund budgets
