Article Processing Charge

Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy

The MetaJournal of Economics and Business (MJEB) does not charge any fees for manuscript submission or the initial peer review process. However, articles that are accepted for publication will be subject to the following Article Processing Charge (APC):

• USD 12 for international authors
• IDR 200.000 for Indonesian authors

The APC will only be charged after the manuscript has been officially accepted and proceeds to the manuscript editing stage. This fee covers the following publication-related costs:

• Editorial management and peer review coordination
• DOI registration and metadata indexing
• Manuscript copyediting, layout, and typesetting

All articles published in the MetaJournal of Economics and Business (MJEB) are freely accessible to readers worldwide under the Open Access model. Readers may view, download, and share the full-text PDF of published articles without subscription or access fees.

Fee Waiver Policy

Fee waiver requests may be considered for authors from low-income countries or for those without institutional or grant funding. Authors seeking a waiver must submit a written request to the editorial office prior to manuscript submission.

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the MJEB editorial management team.
