Author Guidelines
Author Guidelines
1. Title
The title must clearly and precisely describe the subject of the manuscript. It should be concise, informative, and free from multiple interpretations. Titles may contain a maximum of 14 words. Avoid abbreviations, symbols, or unnecessary punctuation marks.
2. Authors
The manuscript may list up to five (5) authors. Author names should be written without academic degrees or titles. Each author’s full name, institutional affiliation, and email address must be clearly stated according to the journal template. Please indicate the Corresponding Author responsible for all communications with the editorial office.
3. Abstract and Keywords
The abstract should summarize the entire content of the manuscript, including the Introduction, Problem, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion. It must be written in one paragraph of 200–250 words, without abbreviations, quotations, or brand names. Below the abstract, include 3–5 keywords that represent the main ideas of the research.
4. Introduction
The introduction should describe the research background, problem formulation, objectives, and theoretical context. It must also include a short review of 3–5 related previous studies and explain the novelty or contribution of the research.
5. Research Method
This section presents the methods or approaches used to solve the research problem. Authors are encouraged to include diagrams, flowcharts, or models to illustrate their methodology. Descriptions should be detailed enough to allow replication by other researchers.
6. Results and Discussion
The results should be presented clearly, supported by tables, figures, or statistical data. Discussion should interpret the findings, relate them to prior studies, and highlight their significance, contribution, and limitations.
7. Conclusions and Recommendations
This section provides concise conclusions drawn from the research findings and may include recommendations for further research or practical applications.
8. Acknowledgments (Optional)
Authors may express appreciation to individuals or institutions that contributed to the research or manuscript preparation, such as funding agencies, advisors, or reviewers.
9. References
All references must include permanent links (DOI or CrossRef URL) and be written using APA 6th Edition citation style. Temporary web links are not accepted. Authors must use reference managers such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote to ensure accuracy and consistency.
10. Manuscript Submission Guidelines
Only manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format are accepted. Submissions must be written in Indonesian and submitted in camera-ready form through the MJEB Online Submission System (OJS). PDF submissions are not recommended. Revised manuscripts after review must be uploaded using the same Manuscript ID and author account.
11. Editorial Process and Timeline
The editorial team processes manuscripts within a maximum of 30 days. Authors are advised not to contact the editorial office regarding the status of submissions before this period has elapsed.
12. Ethical Compliance
By submitting to MJEB, authors affirm that their manuscripts are original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Any detected plagiarism or unethical practice will result in immediate rejection.
Notes for Authors
Authors are required to download and use the official MJEB manuscript template (.DOCX) available on the journal website. Manuscripts that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned for correction before review.
